Just a quick update with what's going on at the minute....
Jobs include re-branding of a handful of photographers - some of which are in need of websites. All these photographers have amazing images and it's a pleasure to work alongside them. As well as online promotions, offline advertising will also be pushed with some of the photographers - as a drive to web.
I've also been commissioned to design all the print material at a Wedding, work includes bespoke invites, save the dates, and thankyou cards. A photo shoot is arranged for this coming saturday.
As well as all my design work, I am still plodding along with photography, as I aim to improve my skills.

www.golpys.co.uk
A new home for myself has been placed online, www.golpys.co.uk, has had a wonderful makeover.
I would appreciate any feedback on the site, whether you like it or don't, think any projects are stronger than others, any you think don't just quite cut the mustard to be on my site? Design is all about opinions, and I want to hear yours!!!

Nick Bentham Photography
I have recently been working on a site for Nick Bentham, Photographer. The site was cutting edge but unfortunately due to the current situations..... the project did not go ahead.
The site would be full screen resizeable and to navigate through images.... the user would drag the images left and right, would would reveal the next full screen image. This site was supposed to give the user a taster of his work, which would be updated every other day.
The test can be viewed at www.golpys.co.uk/nhrb/fullscreendrag/impact/gallery.swf

Nicholas Bentham - Photographer
I approached the very talented Nicholas Bentham regarding his current site and after a few polite emails, the project has started to re-design his online portfolio site. here is my first attempt.

the initial concept is intended to be full screen images with a clean typographical box situated in the bottom left corner of the window at all times. this site is supposed to stick in people's minds, and give them a taster of what nick does...... so what's different? the answer is..... the way people view the images, instead of just clicking next and previous, the user will drag the images right or left to scroll to the next image, and at full screen - this looks bloody amazing! i'm getting very excited.
i'll keep you all posted.
